Facility Reservation Application

  • Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval of field usage.
  • This request is to be reviewed by the Recreation Commission at their next monthly meeting. Recreation Commission meetings are held the second Thursday of every month.
  • You will be contacted after that date with a decision and cost of field usage.

Organizations or groups wishing to use a facility for a specific amount of time or an event must complete the form below. All requestors must provide a $250.00 deposit (refundable) and a $1,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Certificate with Delanco TWP listed as the Certificate Holder. All checks are to be made payable to DELANCO RECREATION COMMISSION. Checks and Insurance Certificates can be mailed to: Delanco Recreation 770 Coopertown Rd Delanco NJ 08075
