2024 4th quarter taxes are due November 1st with a grace period until November 12th.

The Tax Office will be open for extended hours during the tax quarter 11/1-11/12/2024, excluding holidays and weekends. Payments received after business hours, end of Township business day Tuesday 11/12 4:00pm, will be marked as received the next business day. All late payments will accrue interest back to November 1st. 

Office hours will be Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 1:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm. The office is closed Monday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. 

If you personally pay your own property taxes, see below options to make payments,

Every resident receives a bill, whether you have a mortgage or personally pay your taxes. If there is a mortgage on your property your tax bill will have "FOR ADVICE ONLY" printed on the bill. If you are responsible for paying your property taxes, you can use the vouchers on the bill to include with payments, even if it says "For Advice Only".

How to make a payment:

• In person: (in person payments will be handled in the lobby of the Municipal Building, no visitors are permitted beyond the locked doors)
• via mail(post marks are not accepted); mail to: Tax Office, 770 Coopertown Rd. Delanco, NJ 08075
• There is a secure drop box in the parking lot of the Township Building. Payments can be placed in the drop box, inside an envelope, any time during the day. Please note that payments received after business hours (end of Township business day Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm) will be marked as received the next business day
• online at www.delancotownship.com, click PAY TAXES ONLINE (convenience fees will apply based on electronic payment type)
