Tax Bills have been mailed on 8/12/2024
The grace period will be extended until 9/6/2024. Any payments received after 9/6/2024 (end of Township business day Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm, payments received after business hours will be marked as received the next business day) will accrue interest back to 8/1/2024. 

3rd quarter tax amounts can be found online by clicking HERE. This site can be used for informational purposes, as well as, making a payment. 

Every resident receives a bill, whether you have a mortgage or personally pay your taxes. If you are a mortgage holder your tax bill will have "FOR ADVICE ONLY" printed on the bill. If you paid off your mortgage and are now responsible for paying your property taxes, you can use the vouchers on the bill to include with payments, even if it says "For Advice Only".

The Tax Office will be open for extended hours during the tax quarter 8/1-9/6/2024, excluding holidays and weekends. Office hours will be Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 1:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm.

How to make a payment:

• In person: (in person payments will be handled in the lobby of the Municipal Building, no visitors are permitted beyond the locked doors)
• via mail(post marks are not accepted); mail to: Tax Office, 770 Coopertown Rd. Delanco, NJ 08075
• There is a secure drop box in the parking lot of the Township Building. Payments can be placed in the drop box, inside an envelope, any time during the day. Please note that payments received after business hours (end of Township business day Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm) payments received after business hours will be marked as received the next business day
