Friendly reminder to Residents, that basketball backboards, hockey nets, bicycle ramps, skateboard ramps and any similar type of equipment designed for or used for recreation may not be left in, on or above right-of-way within the Township.  This prohibition is intended to include basketball backboards, where the base of the backboard is placed outside of the right-of-way, but a portion of the structure extends into area above the right-of-way.
This type of equipment can impede the ability of Public Works to collect brush & leaves, clear snow from the roadways and may cause damage or injury to employees.
