JOINT LAND USE BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO THE THIRD ROUND AMENDED HOUSING
ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN

TAKE NOTICE that the Delanco Township Joint Land Use Board will
hold a public hearing on the adoption of an amendment to the Master Plan, namely
an amendment to the third round amended housing element and fair share plan
addressing the Township’s third round affordable housing obligation. The hearing
will be held during the Board’s regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 5,
2010 at 7:00 P.M. in the Delanco Township Municipal Building, 770 Coopertown
Road, Delanco, New Jersey.

Copies of the draft plan are on file and available for public inspection
weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PMin the office of the Township Clerk in the
Municipal Building, 770 Coopertown Road, Delanco, New Jersey. Anyone
wishing to be heard on the subject of the plan should appear personally or through
counsel on the date, time and place stated.
Formal action may be taken on this or any other matter that comes before the
Board at that time.
