There are two weeks left to save and deliver plastic bags for the NexTrex Challenge! The Delanco Environmental Advisory Board (EAB) NexTrex Challenge ends June 30, 2023. To date we have collected well over our 500lb goal! Our bench is on order! Many thanks to all residents who collected their plastic bags and dropped them off at the collection locations. Because the EAB would like to keep as much plastic out of the Burlington County landfill as possible, we will be collecting until June 30.  

Please remember no ziplock pouches (other than ziplock food storage and sandwich bags, etc), pet and bird food bags, chip bags and other items that can be found by clicking here for the list of unacceptable items. An EAB member sorts through all donations every week and disposes of noncompliant items. Why? Because if there are too many noncompliant items in a batch, the batch will get rejected at Trex and disposed of in a landfill. We want to deliver clean batches to Trex that they can use and keep plastic out of landfills. Thank you for your cooperation!
