TAKE NOTICE that the Delanco Township Joint Land Use Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Delanco Township Municipal Building, 770 Coopertown Road, Delanco, New Jersey.  The subject of the special meeting will be the application of Abundant Life Fellowship, Inc. to construct a mixed use development consisting of 3 commercial buildings and 171 dwelling units in 3 multi-family buildings on property designated as Lots 2.01 and 3, Block 2200 on the Delanco Township tax map.

    Formal action may be taken on this or any other matter that comes before the Board at that time.
