NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

AND PUBLIC HEARING

ON THE ADOPTION OF A PROPOSED

COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN

TAKE NOTICE that the Delanco Township Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the adoption of a Comprehensive Master Plan. The meeting will be held on January 6, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. in the Delanco Township Municipal Building, 770 Coopertown Road, Delanco, New Jersey.

Copies of the draft plan will be on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Township Clerk weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM 10 days prior to the public hearing. Anyone wishing to be heard on the subject of the plan should appear personally or through counsel on the date, time and place stated.

Formal action may be taken on this or any other matter that comes before the Board at that time.
