POLICE WARNING

The Delanco Police Department is warning residents of fraudulent telephone solicitation. A member of the Washington Fire Company #1 in Delanco, NJ reported to police on December 5, 2007 that township residents had received telephone calls in reference to donations being made to the fire department. The fire department is not currently participating in a telephone solicitation fund drive. However, the fire department did recently conduct a fund drive by sending correspondence to the residents and businesses of Delanco Township via the US mail. A resident or business owner may contact the Washington Fire Company #1 of Delanco NJ at 856-764-0951 regarding their donation.
